Civil Works Administrator - Full Time
The Civil Works Administrator is responsible for the safety, efficiency and quality of civil works projects undertaken by the company.
The welfare and safety of company personnel is a priority and reviewed and updated regularly for compliance and safety.
The role is based around the IMS, NHVAS accreditation which includes government and independent departments.
This position includes, but is not limited to:

Compliance within industry standards and all aspects of Work Health & Safety and
NHVR -
Manage all PPE company requirements for onsite works, personnel, clients & visitors

Onsite safety inspections
-
Prepare and manage pre-commencement job documentation and onsite paperwork

Administrative support to the Works Manager and Managing Director

Excellent time management and communication skills are essential

Ongoing training will be provided
